Cancellation Policy
All services are by appointment only. Should a change in schedule occur, please notify us 24 hours before single service and 48 hours before a weekend or multiple services. While we make every effort to accommodate our guests we regret that late cancellations or failure to show for a service(s) will incur a 50% charge of the total dollar value of the service(s). Gift certificates may be purchased for any denomination, gift certificates are non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. Gift certificate refunds may not be issued after one week of purchase. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment. We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to a scheduled service(s) to allow preparation time. Prices subject to change.

Pre-Paid Package Policy
Pre-paid packages are non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase. There will be a 9.0% surcharge within the 48 hours. Pre-paid packages are also non-transferable and valid for 12 months from date of purchase. If you schedule an appointment for a pre-paid treatment and do not follow our cancellation policy you will forfeit one of your treatments.
